1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using KHAPPS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use KHAPPS.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe.
You are responsible for all activity on your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Send spam, scams, malware or unsolicited promotional messages.
Harass, threaten or impersonate other people.
Share illegal content, including content that exploits minors.
Attempt to break, overload or reverse‑engineer the service.
Scrape, copy or resell other users' data.

Violations may result in your account being suspended or removed without notice.

4. User content

You keep ownership of the messages and files you send. You grant KHAPPS the permissions necessary to store and deliver them to your conversation partners.

5. Service availability

KHAPPS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue the service at any time. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in‑app.
